
The first time I made these scrumdiddlyumptious treats was for Valentines Day, but now I make them every time I pass by pre-peeled pomegranate seeds at the grocery! If you’ve never tried peeling your own pomegranate I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s worth the extra price of buying them ready to go.
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED POMEGRANATE SEEDS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup melted dark or milk chocolate
- 12 mini muffin cups
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour melted chocolate in a ziplock bag and cut a small slit in one corner.
- Drizzle a small amount of chocolate to cover the bottom of a muffin cup.
- Top with 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds.
- Drizzle chocolate over seeds.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for the remainder of your muffin cups.
- Store in the refrigerator
