Workout Essentials To Get You Moving!

Resolving to exercise more or increase your fitness level this year? I’ve outlined a few of my favorite activewear pieces to help motivate…
1. Nike Sports Bra — A breathable sports bra with removable soft cups to provide support and shape.
2. Hair Ties — These sport ponytail holders will keep your hair put without damaging.
3. Leggings — Zella leggings are high quality and will last you just as long as more expensive brands. I love the high waist too.
4. Workout Top — I prefer longer tops with leggings and this Onzie top does just that.
5. Fitbit Special Edition Alta HR — I have the Fitbit Alta HR in Rose Gold and wear it every day. It tracks activity, including steps, distance, calories burned, and minutes exercised. It will notify you of incoming calls, display text messages, and track sleep. It also motivates me to be more active!
6. Mat — If this banana and lemon yoga mat doesn’t get you moving then I don’t know what will! SO CUTE!
7. Gym Bag — Small and easy to throw on and go.
9. Running Shoes — These Nike shoes come in three colors. They’re incredibly lightweight and fit like a glove.
10. Water Bottle — This bkr spiked water bottle puts the icing on the cake! The actual water bottle is made out of glass, but the spikes are silicon. If your eye is attracted to the bottle, you’ll drink more water!
