This Gluten Free Puff Pastry will blow your mind! I used it to make chocolate croissants this morning, and we couldn’t believe they were gluten free. I can’t wait to try the pizza recipe on the back of the box and a few savory apps with it as well!
Gluten Free Chocolate Croissant Recipe:
- Thaw dough in refrigerator
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees (reduce later)
- Roll dough to 9×12”
- Brush with egg wash
- Slice into 6 strips and then again down the middle to make 12 (aprox. 1×4” pieces)
- Sprinkle with sugar and chocolate chips
- Roll and place on parchment paper
- Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
